The term of this agreement
will begin upon our acceptance of your request to join the agent
program and will end when terminated by either party. Either
you or TOAST.net may terminate this agreement at any time, with
or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of
termination.
TOAST.net
agrees to provide the following:
- An agent code and web site
links specific to each individual agent.
- A tracking link to track
your signups in real-time.
- Commission payments* issued
for accounts that are active on the 10th of the following
month (for example July’s active signups are determined
by the amount of signups still active on August 10th).
- TOAST.net
logos and marketing materials will
be provided for your use.
- Your customers receive our
lowest advertised price on any service from TOAST.net. You
can offer any current TOAST.net promotions.
*Member cancellations, which involve a refund of all payments,
will be deducted from future commission payments paid to Agent.
Agents
- Agents are paid recurring
monthly commissions based on a percent of the collected
revenue from the services sold in previous months (see
Agent Commission Scale). This applies only to active
accounts that were signed up by respective Agent. Minimum
commitment to receive payment is $100/month of revenue ($15
payment to Agent). Maximum duration of payments is 3 years
per customer.
Affiliates
- Affiliates are paid a one-time
monthly commission of up to $50 per sign-up. Rates are adjusted
upward based on the number of sign-ups an affiliate generates
for the month (see
Affiliate Commission Scale).
Agent/Affiliate
Partner agrees to:
- Return a completed
Agent Application.
- Return a completed and
signed W-9 form.
- Market TOAST.net services
to potential customers.
Terms
and Conditions:
TOAST.net may modify this agreement
from time to time by placing a notice of such modification at
http://www.toast.net/agents/,
and user's continued participation in the program following
notice of such modification shall be deemed to be the user's
acceptance of any such modification. It is user's responsibility
to check this online area regularly to determine whether this
agreement has been modified. If user does not agree to any modification
of this agreement, user must immediately stop referring customers
through this program.
