We at TOAST.net make every effort to ensure that our customers do not receive busy signals when dialing into the Internet. We are committed to providing 100% availability.

We do not oversubscribe our service -- maintaining a low person to modem ratio. We monitor our access numbers -- when a number nears its capacity, we increase the number of lines.

If you would like to test this policy for yourself. Visit our access numbers page and find the local number for service in your area. Dial that number with the telephone you use for voice calls. When TOAST.net answers, you will hear a modem tone, not a busy signal.
