Why are we being transferred to a new ISP?

After more than 13 years, MyLink Incorporated will be discontinuing Internet services. We have arranged for continued operation for your dial-up and/or email service. On January 1, 2009, we are transferring your account to TOAST.net Internet Service.

Is the service the same?

TOAST.net provides all the features you had before and then some. You get accelerated 56K dial-up access, email with Google Apps, a member's web site, and great customer service. Plus we offer a personalized Start Page, Photo Sharing, 7 day/week support, Anti-Virus software, contests, and more.

What about cost?

We've converted MyLink plans to TOAST.net service plans. Those paying $19.95/mo will be converted to the TOAST.net Deluxe Dialup plan for $19.95/mo. Those paying for an extra mailbox will be converted to the TOAST.net Apps Basic plan for $4.95/mo.

If you choose to create a TOAST.net username and begin using the TOAST.net features such as the Dialer, Accelerator, Email and Anti-Virus, we will change you to the TOAST.net Premium Dialup plan for $15.95/mo.

How do I pay?

Credit cards are charged on the 1st of each month for that month's service beginning on January 1, 2009.

Check payments are due by the 25th for the following month's service (pay by January 25th for February service)

All check and credit card customers receive a billing statement via email on the 1st of each month.

I prepaid for service. What will happen?

You will receive full credit at TOAST.net for any prepaid service. We will contact you prior to your prepayment running out.

Will my Dial-up settings change?

No, your current dial-up connection will continue working as is.

However, to take advantage of all the new features included with your TOAST.net account, we recommend switching to your TOAST.net username and following our standard Setup Instructions for new members. Contact TOAST.net to convert your account and receive the setup instructions.

What about my Email Address?

Your MyLink email account will continue to work. You can switch to your TOAST.net email at any time (your address would be in the form of "sales@toast.net"). You will find that the TOAST.net mailboxes boast many enhanced features such as 7 GB mailbox, built-in Calendar, built-in chat, and more. Sign-in to the TOAST.net Start Page, www.toast.net/start, with your new @toast.net email address to access your new mailbox.
